Dr. Ed Eng is a leadership, corporate strategy, and change management expert. A former Regional President of the Los Angeles Times, he received the Innovative of the Year award for his diversification strategy that catapulted the Times to become the largest metropolitan daily newspaper in the country. His transformational style of leadership transcends across the public sector where he is currently an elected Councilmember of a medium-sized city recognized by California as the 11th best financially managed municipality in California. As a government executive for the largest County in the nation, his innovative solutions has saved the County over $100 million in operational expenses. Dr. Eng is a Certified Management Consultant and has consulted for startup companies in the media and renewable energy sectors.  He also served as an advisory Board Member for a Fortune 100 company and several startups. 

Dr. Eng earned a Doctorate Degree (Ed.D) in Organizational Leadership and an MBA, both from Pepperdine University. He is an innovation researcher and an Editorial Board Member for a university business journal. He developed the KAIROS framework to help businesses contend with disruptive innovations. His reflective leadership paper was recently featured in the Journal of Global Leadership. Dr. Eng also holds a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from CSULA, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. He is a certified M&A practitioner through UCLA's Executive Program. In conjunction with his academic work, Dr. Eng has taught Strategy and Management as an Adjunct Professor at several universities.
